The calls are on Thursdays and Sundays at 18:00 (6pm) Central European Time and Mondays at 8:00 (8am) Central European Time. They last an hour- although we often hang around for a little while afterwards to chat about the Sedona Method or whatever is going on with us. We start by sharing gains or anything that has come up in relation to the Sedona Method practice.
Then we work out who we will be partnered with, taking care to ensure that anyone who is new to the meeting will be paired with a partner who has been here a few times, and also pairing more experienced releasers with those who are less familiar with the techniques.
We then sit back and relax into the pre-facilitation process, so that we can get ourselves prepared for the partnership and release (always as best we can) any anxieties or worries about the upcoming partnership.
Go into breakout rooms to facilitate and release. We usually have around 30 mins, so one person facilitates the other, and then we swap over at half at time. But we also respond to whatever comes up, so we can be flexible with this and use the time to practice the Method in the way that works best for both people.
Come back and share gains, insights and observations.
Close the meeting with the clean-up procedure, which helps us clear out any disturbances that might have happened during the partnerships.
If there’s time, those of us who wish to often hang around for a little while after the meeting to discuss anything that came up or the Method in general.
I will also be doing a support call each week. On these calls, you don’t need to participate actively, you can simply ask questions, share gains or ask to be supported through a release on anything that is bothering you.
